The Worki.sk job portal was launched in 2023 as the successor to the popular Internet Labour Market Guide (ISTP), a well-known platform for career and employment support.

Since 1 May 2026, Worki.sk has operated as a freemium service. This means that job advertising is free of charge for employers, while additional services are available for purchase, such as targeted campaigns designed to increase the number of candidate responses. A data-driven job portal

Worki is built on data and insights. The Job Advertisement Success Barometer evaluates the competitiveness of each job offer based on real salary data and labour market information.

Continuous innovation and experimentation

As the labour market and its needs continue to evolve, recruitment strategies and the role of job portals must evolve as well. From the beginning, we have viewed Worki as a platform for innovation and new approaches. That is why, in May 2026, we took a major step forward by transforming Worki into a freemium service. Our ambition is to become one of Slovakia’s leading job portals, offering free basic job advertising to all employers.

Through our paid campaigns on social media, employers can reach potential candidates who may be considering a career change but do not regularly visit job portals.

Supporting better recruitment practices
