Selected projects and collaborations
/ WinWin4WorkLife
Since 2023, TREXIMA Bratislava has been part of the international WinWin4WorkLife consortium, funded by Horizon Europe, the European Union’s research and innovation programme.
The project analyses the impact of remote work on employers, employees, and labour market dynamics through data collection and research conducted in five European countries — Germany, Finland, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Slovakia. TREXIMA contributes its expertise in labour market research, data analysis, and evidence-based solutions to support a better understanding of the future of work.
/ IntegrAGE
Since 2024, TREXIMA Bratislava has been part of the international IntegrAGE project, funded under the Interreg Danube Region Programme 2021–2027. The project focuses on supporting active ageing, age management, and the sustainable participation of older workers in the labour market.
Trexima contributes its expertise in labour market research, data analysis, and evidence-based solutions, supporting the identification of challenges related to an ageing workforce and the development of practical approaches for employers and policymakers. In cooperation with international partners, Trexima also developed and delivered a series of practical training sessions. The trainings were designed for employees and unemployed people aged 50+, focusing on strengthening their digital, communication, and personal skills needed in today’s changing work environment.
TREXIMA Bratislava also hosted the project’s final conference, bringing together consortium partners and experts during a two-day event combining project activities with the Age Management SALON 2026 conference. The event addressed key topics related to an ageing workforce, maintaining work ability, and fostering intergenerational cooperation.

/ CABAF
The international CABAF project brought together Slovak, Dutch, and French partners. Its main objective was to compare different career counselling methods at three levels: for-profit, national, and project-based. The project also analysed legal frameworks, ICT tools, and different service delivery models, including personal and online counselling. The aim was to develop a joint survey covering all participating countries and identify gaps and opportunities for improving career counselling services.
/ SILVER
SILVER was an Erasmus+ project focused on collecting and sharing good practices for creating inclusive workplaces for older adults, promoting active ageing, and supporting career transitions into retirement. The project aimed to raise awareness among older workers about opportunities for active retirement while providing managers and HR professionals with approaches to help retain senior employees in the workforce.
The project partners developed tools and learning resources to support the creation of age-friendly workplaces across different sectors.
