Trexima Bratislava developed the Information System on the Costs of Labour (ISCP) — a unique platform providing comprehensive insights into working conditions and salary levels across occupations in Slovakia, built on years of expertise and extensive labour market data. ISCP covers 52% of Slovakia’s workforce, representing approximately one in every two employees.

Trexima holds exclusive rights to use CASCOT intellectual property in Slovakia under a licensing agreement with the University of Warwick

Trexima is a proud recipient of the National Productivity Award

In 2022, Trexima Bratislava received the “National Productivity Award” in recognition of its contribution to productivity growth over more than two decades. The company was also honoured with this prestigious award in 2012, presented by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic and the Slovak Productivity Centre. The recognition for Trexima’s long-term contribution to improving productivity in Slovakia was accepted by the company’s CEO at the closing ceremony of the 15th National Productivity Forum.

Trexima Bratislava is a long-standing member of the Digital Coalition initiative, where it contributes its expertise in labour market analysis, skills forecasting, and the development of strategic frameworks for education and workforce development. In 2022, Trexima received the Digital Leader Award for its contribution to understanding and mapping the evolution of Slovakia’s labour market. The award, recognising leaders in digital transformation, was previously granted to Trexima in 2019 for its projects and initiatives that have positively influenced the connection between labour market needs and education.

We are contributing to the development of a new quality assessment system for schools and educational institutions in Slovakia

Through our cooperation with the State School Inspection, we contribute to the development of a new, modern, and objective quality assessment system for schools and educational institutions in Slovakia. As part of the national project EduRadar – Research, Evaluation, Excellence, our experts analysed inspection practices in selected countries abroad, as well as examples of good practice that can inspire Slovakia in creating an innovative assessment framework.

Trexima developed the National Occupational System, a comprehensive framework describing occupations and their requirements

The National Occupation System (NSP) is a nationwide electronic platform defining standard employer requirements for the skills, competencies, and practical experience needed across occupations in the labour market. Developed and managed by TREXIMA Bratislava together with the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic and employer representatives, NSP includes more than 1,500 national occupational standards and plays a key role in connecting education with real labour market needs.
