In the Career Guidance 2010 competition, the Slovak Association for International Cooperation – Euroguidance Centre awarded us an honorary recognition for the quality of our career guidance services provided through the Internet Labour Market Guide / Integrated System of Typical Positions.
In October 2012, our CEO received in Žilina the highest award for a long-term contribution to improving productivity in Slovakia, presented by representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic and the Slovak Productivity Centre. In November 2013, in Bratislava, the company was awarded a commemorative certificate for long-term cooperation with the University of Economics in Bratislava in research projects, supervision of qualification theses, and regular evaluation of graduates.
As part of the National Quality Programme of the Slovak Republic, our company received an award from the Slovak Office of Standards, Metrology and Testing for the best journalistic contribution in the field of quality of work, production, and life in 2015.
The company’s strong international reputation in labour market research — particularly in occupational classifications, labour cost statistics, and labour market forecasting — is confirmed by a positive expert opinion issued in February 2017 by the Institute for Employment Research at the University of Warwick.
In 2022, Trexima Bratislava received the “National Productivity Award” for its contribution to productivity growth over more than two decades. The company was also honoured with this prestigious recognition in 2012 by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic and the Slovak Productivity Centre. The award was accepted by TREXIMA’s CEO at the conclusion of the 15th National Productivity Forum.
Trexima is also a long-standing member of the Digital Coalition initiative, where it contributes primarily through labour market analysis, skills forecasting, and the development of strategic documents for education. In 2022, Trexima received the “Digital Leader” award for its contribution to mapping the development of the Slovak labour market. This recognition, awarded to leaders of digital transformation, was also presented to Trexima in 2019 for activities and projects with a positive impact on aligning labour market needs with education.
Since 2023, Trexima has been an active member of EVTA – the European Vocational Training Association, a European network dedicated to human capital development. With 43 members from 24 countries, EVTA represents thousands of vocational training centres and, in some cases, national employment services. The network supports its members in addressing key challenges related to growth, competitiveness, and social cohesion through lifelong learning. EVTA is recognised as a leading European network in lifelong learning and the development of professional competencies.
