TREXIMA Bratislava is a research, statistical and consulting company that has been delivering data-driven solutions based on research and analytics in the fields of labour market development, remuneration, employment, human resources, productivity and education since 1992.

For more than 30 years, we have been helping organisations, public institutions, employers and educational partners better understand labour market changes and make decisions based on reliable data. We combine our experience with modern analytical methods, digital technologies and international know-how to deliver solutions addressing both current and future challenges in the world of work.
TREXIMA specialises in labour market research and analysis, monitoring wage developments and working conditions, analysing employment trends, labour productivity, occupational changes and employer needs. We carry out comprehensive research projects, prepare expert analyses and develop tools that support decision-making by companies, public authorities and educational institutions.
Creating solutions for the future of work
An important part of our work is monitoring how digitalisation, automation, artificial intelligence and technological innovation are transforming the labour market and changing the requirements placed on employees. We develop solutions that enable the identification of emerging trends in real time and support better forecasting of future economic needs.
Our key solutions include ISCP – the Information System on Labour Cost, one of the most important sources of data on labour costs and remuneration in Slovakia. Another example of advanced data analytics is SkillSight, a system using artificial intelligence to monitor the development of skills and competencies demanded on the labour market. Through IQualPay, we support transparent and fair remuneration systems in line with new European requirements for pay transparency. We also operate Worki.sk, a job portal connecting job seekers and employers while using labour market insights to support better workforce mobility.
TREXIMA also has extensive experience in occupational classifications and professional standards. We contributed to the development and implementation of national occupational classifications, including KZAM, KZAM-R and SK ISCO-08, helping to ensure consistent naming and coding of job positions across the Slovak economy.
A partner for the public and private sectors
We have long-standing cooperation with a wide range of partners in Slovakia, including ministries, public authorities, local governments, universities, research institutions, employer organisations, trade unions and major companies.
Our partners include, among others, the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic, the Ministry of Education, Research, Development and Youth of the Slovak Republic, the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic, the Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family, the Social Insurance Agency, the Slovak Academy of Sciences, universities and other professional organisations.
European dimension and innovation
Our activities also have a strong European dimension. TREXIMA cooperates with leading international institutions and expert partners in the fields of labour markets, productivity, vocational education and research.
Our partners include, for example, the International Labour Organization (ILO), Eurostat, the Institute for Employment Research at the University of Warwick (United Kingdom), INSEE – the French National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies, CERGE-EI Prague, the Research Institute for Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic, Corvinus University in Budapest, and other research and educational institutions.
TREXIMA is a member of the European Vocational Training Association (EVTA), a European network of organisations active in vocational education and training, competence development and linking education with labour market needs. We are also actively involved in international projects supporting digital transformation, skills development, productivity growth and workforce adaptation to new economic conditions.
The quality of our processes is confirmed by international certifications ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management systems.
